Named to the 2022 New Jersey Super Lawyers list, Lisa devotes her practice to representing consumers in cases involving violations of State and Federal consumer protection laws. She has represented victims of consumer fraud in dozens of class actions and has been appointed as lead class counsel by several Courts across New Jersey. Lisa has successfully represented consumers against the world's largest fast food restaurant company, the Country's largest wireless service provider and one of the Nation's largest global consumer credit reporting agencies. Lisa represents the patients of Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital in a groundbreaking patients' rights action against the State of New Jersey.
Lisa has appeared on ABC News in connection with a class action involving the car rental industry and on News 12 New Jersey, where she spoke about fraudulent billing practices in the wireless industry. She is a frequent speaker on the Consumer Fraud Act and class action practice, and regularly lobbies on consumer issues such as high cost lending and affordable housing.
Lisa sits on the Board of Directors of the Consumer League of New Jersey, is President of the Worrall F. Mountain Inn of Court, serves at the pleasure of the Supreme Court on the District IIB Ethics Committee (serving previously on the District XB Ethics Committee from 2017 to 2021), and acts as a volunteer mediator for the Morris County Bar Association Mediation Program. She is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, the American Association for Justice, the New Jersey Association for Justice (Civil Rights Committee) and the New Jersey State Bar Association, where she is on the Consumer Protection Law Committee and the Class Actions Special Committee.
Lisa is a graduate of Rutgers College and of Seton Hall University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Dave concentrates his practice in consumer protection law and is recognized as one as one of New Jersey's top consumer class action attorneys. He has been appointed lead class counsel in dozens of consumer-related class actions and has represented consumers throughout the Country in Multi-District Litigations. Dave has lead successful actions against many of the Country's most notorious financial institutions and has defended countless homeowners against wrongful foreclosures. In addition, Dave devotes himself to impact litigation, such as his recent patients' rights class action against New Jersey's Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital.
Dave's class actions have been featured in the New Jersey Law Journal and he has been quoted by MSNBC, Trial Magazine, Law 360, Yahoo Finance and various other news sources across New Jersey. Dave has also been a guest on News 12 New Jersey, speaking on consumer issues and forced arbitration.
Named to the 2022 New Jersey Super Lawyers List, Dave is the New Jersey Chair of the National Association of Consumer Advocates and sits on NACA's Judicial Nominations Committee. He also is a member of both the American Association for Justice and the New Jersey Association for Justice (Civil Rights Committee), and sits on the Board of Directors of the Consumer League of New Jersey. Dave is also a member of the Class Actions Special Committee and the Consumer Protection Law Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He also serves as the Vice Chair of the Land Use Board of the Borough of Peapack and Gladstone.
Dave regularly lobbies in both Washington DC and Trenton on consumer issues such as predatory lending, manufactured housing and forced arbitration, and is a frequent speaker on Constitutional issues, class action practice and consumer rights.
